Yuma Catch and Go NFL Flag Football

 Our program provides a fun and exciting game of non-contact flag football for boys and girls, ages 5 - 14. Catch & Go Flag Football is an excellent way for kids to improve their passing, catching, and running/agility skills.  This program also helps develop the first phase of player and coach development by teaching football skills at the earliest age. 

Basic Information:
The games are going to be on Saturday's between 8am to 4pm.  The team's practices are depending on what their coaches schedules, before the games start the teams can practice 3 times a week and after the games start the teams can only practice twice a week.
